Effective Date: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ViewBurn (the “Service”) at https://viewburn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by the 345tool Team. You may use it only in compliance with these Terms and with all applicable laws.
2. Description of Service
ViewBurn is a burn-after-reading service for encrypted, self-destructing messages. The Service is provided free of charge and without registration.
We may add, change or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use automated scripts to place excessive load on the Service, or to scrape it at scale;
- upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that you have no right to share;
- use the Service to harm, harass or deceive others.
We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service's name, design, source code and original written content are owned by the 345tool Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You keep all rights to the content you enter. We claim no ownership over it. Because the tools process your content locally in your browser, we generally never receive it at all.
Short, factual references to the Service (for example, a link in a blog post or a review) are welcome.
5. Your Content
You are solely responsible for the content you enter, upload or share through the Service, and for ensuring you have the right to do so.
For tools that process everything locally in your browser, your content never reaches our servers. Where a feature necessarily stores data so it can be shared (for example a quiz, or a burn-after-reading message), that data is stored solely to provide the feature you requested.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or secure, or that any result it produces will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
Entertainment and informational results: some tools produce results that are deliberately playful or approximate — for example a love-compatibility score, a random draw, or an automated conversion. Such results carry no factual, predictive, legal or professional value and must not be relied on for any decision.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the 345tool Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed zero (0) US dollars.
8. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The Service loads a small number of third-party resources, such as web fonts and an analytics library. Their providers may process technical data (for example an IP address) under their own privacy policies.
The Service may in the future display advertising served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Such networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Where required by law, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through your Google Ads settings.
We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of any third-party service.
9. Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
